Hello hello! I have been thinking a lot about our first project: and honestly I have unfortunately found more ideas for zine than just one. So here are my contenders (Funny and deep).
1) Hands: beautiful, scared, grasping, or reaching hands. Looking at hands you can receive a different story from any one of them you see, and it is up to you to see what they are feeling.
2) Miley Cyrus: just doing Miley Cyrus things. As who does not love Miley Cyrus.
3) Skin. Peeling skin. Sunburnt skin. Freckled skin. Burnt skin. Skin is beautiful, we forget about all the different skins we see every day and how beautiful they are. Yes this idea did come from my Chemical foot peeled feet (YES FUNNY), BUT it did cause me to think of how cool this would be for a project, as skin is such a unique and beautiful characteristic that we forget or are scared to even recognize.
4) Heartbreak: I thought if I could not find anything I could quote beautiful quotes and rewrite them in our programs to create a very cool zine that represented quotes from before to after heartbreak. (One being happy, then confused, then worried, then the break, then the mourning, to eventually the recovery.)
After typing the last three themes, I loved the ideas but they show why I happened to type the first one first. #1 it is :)
